 Tasks of the Office for People with Disabilities

 
  1. Preparing records of disabled students, PhD students and employees of the Warsaw School of Economics.
  2. Providing information on the rights of interested students, PhD students and employees with disability.
  3. Providing opinions on applications sent to the dean's office, academic teachers and heads of units that employ disabled employees.
  4. Issuing certificates for carers of people with disabilities.
  5. Iinitiating and providing opinions on adaptation works in the building of the Warsaw School of Economics, including elimination of architectural and transport barriers, access to IT resources in alternative storage forms.
  6. Organising individual support for the disabled students, PhD students and employees of the Warsaw School of Economics.
  7. Promoting professional activity of the disabled students.
  8. Coordinating employment of people with disabilities in compliance with the Vocational and Social Rehabilitation and Employment of Disabled Persons Act.
  9. Reporting to the State Fund for Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons.
  10. Initiating and organising collaboration between the Warsaw School of Economics and other entities in the field of activities for the benefit of the disabled.
  11. Maintaining information service for people with disabilities in the form of an online website published on the site of the Warsaw School of Economics.
